Klipsch SPL-150SW 15 Inch Powered Subwoofer, Ebony

This is a big... and I mean huge sub, it is a fantastic performer and great value. It has amazing responsiveness and snappy low low frequencies. It truly immerses you into the story and makes you feel the action as it shakes the entire house! If you are watching a drama, there is music with deep tones that lead the viewer and creates anticipation. With most subs you don’t perceive this, but with this monster sub, all that extra creativity that the producers put into the movie you can now appreciate. If you are watching Syfi or Action movies, HOLD-ON!! You are in for a ride because it’s like bringing the theater into your living room. I had a 15 inch Velodyne sub that I was replacing, it cost three times (yeah 3x) the Klipsch SPL-150 15 inch. Both are amazing products with small differences that are not perceivable. The Klipsch is a top performer with superior value!! Highly recommend for home theater! I used the wired connection not wireless. One thing to note is, when you calibrate your receiver, set the volume on the Klipsch sub to less than 50% (lower is ok as you can adjust this further later). Then turn up the sub volume on the receiver to your preferred level (or of your system self calibrates with a microphone, let it do it automatically). This will ensure that when you set the Klipsch sub to standby, it will auto sense the signal and turn it self on. If the volume on the receiver is to low then it may not notice (and may not auto turn on). You can play with this to make it ideal for your setup. Also if you want a little more base later, then just turn up the Klipsch to your preference. This gives you a ton of flexibility. Then sit back and feel the excitement!

Gibbys did it again. Awesome job. Subwoofer wow big, bigger this one is the biggest I saw. Sound is incredibly looks amazing. People are complaining about the price. If you don't want to spent the money buy a 10 inch Subwoofer this one is 15 inch. It's huge and awesome.

Hatte vorher einen Teufel t10 sub da ich mich etwas von der Marke habe blenden lassen. Dieser war schon echt nicht verkehrt. Mit 150 Watt rms und class d verstärker kam da auch schon etwas raus. Jedoch hatte dieser eine überlast LED welche mich ziemlich hart geärgert hat da ich schon bass Fanatiker bin. Daraufhin tage mit den Einstellungen verbracht um das gewünschte Ergebnis zu erzielen. Dies hat schon ganz gut geklappt doch bei manchen Frequenzen (hauptsächlich elektronische Musik) ist dieser ausgestiegen. Darauf hin beschloss ich mir etwas neues kräftigeres zu holen. Nach langen Recherchen im Internet und hifi Zeitschriften stieß ich immer öfter auf die Marke klipsch, welche fast immer mit 5sternen bzw sehr gut bewertet wurde. Also habe ich diesen sub bestellt. Auf einer Palette von einer Spedition geliefert ließ dieser schon echt viel vermuten. Erstinstallation ohne raumeinteilung etc dauerte ca 10 min. Und der sub hat es in nichteinmal 10 Minuten Geschafft mich zu überzeugen. Aufeinmal kam mein Vater aus unserer 100 m entfernten halle angelaufen um Schraubenzieher aus der anliegenden Werkstatt zu holen. Als ihm diese wortwörtlich schon entgegen gehüpft kamen, stand er urplötzlich vor mir und bT mich den Bass doch etwas herunter zu regeln da er diesen schon in der Garage wahrgenommen hatte und das mit den Schraubenschlüssel ja "echt" nicht sein muss😂. Ich schätze diesen sub werde ich nicht mehr aus den Händen geben, da er schon in den ersten 10 min alles abgerissen hat was es gibt. An bass Druck mangelt es definitiv nicht und klanglich sehr gut. 700 Euro sind nicht wenig jedoch absolut gut investiert wenn man zu diesem Produkt greift. Es erwartet einen ein regelrechtes bass Gewitter, welches sogar junge Erwachsene ein Lächeln wie an Weihnachten ins Gesicht zaubert.

Muy buena respuesta a frecuencias bajas, tiene un bajo potente y plano, no distorsiona ni a altos volúmenes. Si solo puedes usar un subwoofer puede ser una buena opción, sin embargo 2 de 12 pulgadas podrían ser una mejor opción por el precio que se paga por este. Actualización; después de casi 3 años de uso moderado el rey murió. El amplificador aparentemente ya no funciona, enciende el led de encendido pero no da sonido. Una pena. Espero solo sea un problema aislado el mío.

A circa un anno e mezzo dall’acquisto, il subwoofer dopo 10 minuti (max entro un ora e mezza) inizia a spegnersi da solo, sia durante l’ascolto che in assenza di segnale. Il problema è imputabile a qualche difetto dell’amplificatore e sono in attesa che il venditore mi dica come fare per attivare la garanzia e mandare il subwoofer in assistenza. X il momento ha fatto finta di non capire la mia precisa richiesta di attivare la garanzia dandomi consigli di utilizzo; eppure io il subwoofer lo uso da un anno e mezzo quasi, perciò le istruzioni da manuale penso di averle imparate bene ormai! Mah!!! Speriamo che adesso la smette di girarci intorno e mi attiva la garanzia finalmente!
