American Wisconsin Ginseng Slices — Improved Energy, Performance, & Mental Health for Men & Women (4 Oz. (Pack of 1))

This is high quality ginseng in my opinion. I like to add some to certain soups or grind it into a powder and put it in gelatin capsules, or as a component of my own custom supplements. It seems to be quite potent. I love the way it is packaged also. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future!

Decent Quality American Ginseng at Reasonable cost. Would buy again if in a pinch.

Ginseng is not cheap. I suppose it takes longer to cultivate than other herbs. I used about 5 to 10 slices with my green tea sometimes, most of the time I opened a cordyceps capsule and a reishi capsule and pour the powder in to brew with this ginseng tea. I believe it is helping me stay fit and alert. My wife's father lived past 100 years old and he drank high quality ginseng tea every day. So I am hoping to follow his footsteps.
