I was worried my daughter would fight me on the taste, but she actually takes it without any fuss! It has a pleasant, mild sweetness to it. We use it every morning on an empty stomach as recommended. It's a bit on the pricier side for the bottle size, but for a quality Ayurvedic product, I think it's worth it. Giving it 4 stars simply because I wish the bottle was a bit larger to last longer for the price.
