Are these keto friendly?

This has 41 grams of carbs per cup. It is made from whole grain flours. I have never made this one in a cup. but the Brownie Mix in the box. It has way less carbs per serving than this cup does. If you are watching carbs, I would recommend trying the Kodiak brand Big Bear Brownie Mix.

Is this product keto-friendly?

No but the gluten free version mix might be. Almond flour and coconut flour are go to’s fir Keto and this has whole wheat flour.
