Good but gets caked
Good flavor and works for hydration but there needs to be more dessicant included as the powder will cake up before the product is completely used if you live in a humid environment.

Great electrolyte ratio balance + Price
I love the sodium, potassium and magnesium ratio. It's perfect for someone on the keto diet like me. I can easily get enough sodium from the food I eat and the seasoning I use. I've always found it more difficult to consume large amounts of potassium from food. The magnesium content is just right. I love the grape flavour; it's not as sweet as Ultima's, which also tastes good, but I prefer this one as it doesn't taste like artificial sweeteners. The cost is good value for money โ I'm spending half the amount I would on Ultima and it's definitely cheaper than LMNT. I don't like that LMNT has 1000 mg of sodium. Keto Bodybuilder approved!
