How on earth do you get the ear muff back on when it inevitably comes off? It seems impossible.

Is it to big for 9 months old baby use it?

I made the purchase for my 10 and 7 year old they seem to fit fine the kids like them I have a 11 month old at home and I would say they would be to big.
