Works, taste good

Its basically glycerin in a gel form.
I have only tried another version of this, but the biotene version is water based and not oil like I tried. I put a smudge of this on my finger and suck it off. I assume that's the right way, the tube is a bit small though. But it does last a pretty long time. Basically its glycerin in a form of a gel, and its tastes sweet, does it work? Yeah, more or less. I place it on the roof of my mouth and dip from there, but when done, i still need a drink. But its helpful if your mouth is dry and you keep having to drink a ton of water to get to sleep. So I get a bit of this. I'm hoping to find a way to make it myself though.

Good, super useful - worth the money
Works well. I use it with a mouth guard that helps with grinding my teeth and this product seems to protect my gums.

Biotene WORKS
Dry mouth happens at night because of my cpap. My dentist recommended Biotene and it was a great relief for my dry mouth problem. Highly recommended!

A Gel that's convenient and effective
After using the Biotene gel for several nights, I am happy that I bought it. The product is convenient to use and effective. My dry mouth was leaving my tongue parched at night. This gel solved my problem. I highly recommend it.

This works good in a pinch; however, I donโt see that it provides a significant timeframe of moisture. It wears of quick.

Best dry mouth no taste long lasting travel
Iโve used the rinse , spray lozenges and gum, along with regular chewing gum - gargled with salt water and consumed more liquids than any human should to no avail with dry mouth. Found this - tube is small enough to travel w and it truly is flavorless and lasts rather long

Great product awful taste
I hate the taste but it does work. If taste like pure sugar literally pure thick corn syrup blegh gross but I can sleep better. I have to mouth breathe at night because the medicine i take clogs up my nose really badly and due to the mouth breathing my teeth have been suffering terribly.
