Sturdy, bountiful ball - great fun!
Arrived promptly. I am delighted with the ball (or rather my 11 year Mastiff is!). My boy immediately took to the ball and began rolling it and enjoying the delights! Iโve given 5* as it currently meets that criteria; however in fairness itโs very early days to tell about durability. Although the ball does seem sufficiently sturdy, my Mastiff doesnโt tend to chew his toys. Any change, Iโll update review accordingly. I do prefer this plastic to the โhardโ (almost brittle) plastic of other balls I have bought in years gone by. I did think a funnel would make putting/pouring treats into the inner ball easier. Consequently I cut an old plastic water/juice bottle. Absolutely perfect for the job! The next day I received a โwelcome emailโ from the company (via Amazon) - itโs actually one of their suggestions! In fact, I would recommend the short demonstration video (or at least the โfilling methodโ) be part of their selling information on the Amazon page. Simply thought Iโd mention it here, to make it easier for those who do buy the ball. However, also impressed the company has this follow up โwelcomeโ. PS.... I now see pictures on the the page suggesting methods to fill the ball. Definitely deservedly 5* for Customer Service and product. PPS... I had a query and contacted the company for assistance. I have to say that rarely have I encountered such exemplary Customer Care and service. The Customer Care team promptly replied to my email and immediately resolved the issue for me. The prompt, courteous and friendly response reassured me that I was dealing with a reliable company which cares about its customers. It reminds me of the service I have received in Harrods, Fortnum & Masson etc. Should my boy need any more toys etc, I will be buying this brand/from this company. I highly recommend the company for their excellent Customer Care as well as the product.

Super boredom breaker & encourages activity
This is a great item! Good size hole for filling with treats. My dog got very excited about a new toy. She loves playing โfootballโ and is great at โdribbling the ballโ so she was happy to get a ball that rewards her in treats for her hardwork lol itโs also very sturdy and has resisted her attempts at chewing the treats out of it! She quickly realised she wasnโt going to be able to bite her way through it and went back to nosing the ball along and kicking it about. This is a perfect size for my Jack Russell. Great to keep your dog active!

Great design, slow release treats, good quality
A very well designed toy. At last some proper thought has been put in to create a simple, yet effective design that makes getting the treats out more of a challenge, rather than have them all fall out at once! It takes several minutes of rolling between each treat falling out. My dog enlists me to help with this and we roll the ball back and forth between us and it does indeed take a long time for a treat to come out! (With the door fully open and the treats being small enough to fall out of course). I have an intelligent dog and most treat dispensing toys are far too easy/simple for her and don't take any time at all to empty. This will actually keep your dog occupied for sometime, provided they are motivated to work for what's inside. Unfortunately, whilst most toys dispense too quickly/easily, I think this one takes a bit too long for my dog between each treat, causing her to become bored/frustrated after a few minutes of play. She does like instant gratification and will lose interest if there is too much effort, inspite of being smart and needing a challenge (isn't that the case for most of us these days!). It's a toy she very much has to be in the mood for, so is not one I can give her regularly. It has to go away for some time and become novel again. This may be in part because she has a lot of sensitivities and is also very fussy, so is very limited in terms of the food/treats I can give her (she cannot eat beef/pork/lamb/kangaroo/wheat/gluten and will not eat fish/liver, anything raw or cold-pressed or anything dry/hard/baked etc so kibble/dry food/biscuits are not an option). As her options are limited, it may be that she does not want to work hard for treats that she can obtain more quickly from other toys (e.g nina ottosson puzzles, soft squeaky toys with hidden compartments, snuffle mats etc). Or maybe she's just a bit lazy! She actually is a dog who will stop eating when she's full, even with high value treats, so she does need to be starving before she will is motivated to work for food. Overall, this is great quality. The little door that allows the inner compartment to be fully closed is a good feature as it stops the flys from getting in between play sessions should any treats be remaining and makes it convinient for travel. I'm sure it will be fantastic for keeping most dogs entertained for 10-15 minutes or more, but if you have a little fusspot like mine who is used to instant gratification, they may get bored of it quickly! The only thing I would say is that I find the price a bit high, but it is good quality and if it were something my dog would be interested in using daily or regularly, then it would probably have been worth it. As it stands, this is something my particular dog won't use much and as I need to spend money on many other toys, it makes it an expensive addition to the ever-growing collection!

Doggy loves it
Great treat ball for small to medium-sized dogs. Introduced it to my dog yesterday and it is already his favourite toy. Durable enough that I think it's going to last a long time with my small dog, light enough for him to carry it around the house easily. Really easy to fill and more difficult for him to empty - entertains him for about half an hour with about 10 small pieces in it. Can either buy small treat biscuits that will come out of the adjustable hole, or just tear bits of a soft treat strip into appropriately-sized pieces. Would definitely buy again.

Not suitable for dogs & waste of money
Product Review: Not Suitable for Pets I purchased this item for my dog, and unfortunately, Iโve made the mistake of buying it as was hoping it will be the same quality as the one I purchased 4 years ago. The product is made of flimsy plastic and is not sturdy at all. It poses a serious danger to pets, especially if they tend to chew on things. I consider it a complete waste of money and would not recommend it to any pet owners. Very disappointed!

Good interactive toy, but not ideal for strong chewers
It's good, but not ideal for stronger chewer dogs. As a toy this is great. My dog loved it, especially because she is very food-driven, but this is not ideal if you have a strong chewer at home. She managed to break the blue rubbery external shell and even ate bita of it. No issues because of it.

Excellent all rounder, definitely recommend
Excellent product, well worth the buy, the border collies I own and doggie sit love it, they've had a bit of a chew on it after the treats ran out and I couldn't find any teeth Mark's after. Big enough to not get stuck in small areas, also the added protective outer layer with the holes make it easier and more fun for the pooches to roll around. The treat toy isn't limited to size of treats to use as the dispensing hole is adjustable and so easy to do so. Would 100% recommend this product

Great!
My border collie loves it! Really works her brain, kept her engaged for a good 5 minutes, and tired her out quickly. Much quieter to use than the cheaper plastic ones available, which Daisy liked to drop on the floor. The plastic one cracked quickly, but this one looks sturdier. Hoping this one lasts longer!
