Best swim diaper I've ever used!
I weigh about 225lbs and have a 38" waist. I can get into the size small but the mediums fit better. I swim for exercise about an hour a day 6 days a week and have been using these for about 3 months. They fit very well and have held up amazingly well. The rubberized gasket around the legs and waist seals better than any other swim diaper I've tried. Like any swim diaper, they will leak #1 if you have a bad accident but they have been enough to prevent obvious leaks on my way to and from the pool. I've only had one in-pool #2 episode... thankfully they held it long enough for me to get out and to the locker room with no issues. In terms of look, I think it is not obvious what they are but they don't look like a normal swimsuit either. I normally wear them under a pair of trunks or jammers. Once when my jammers ripped while putting them on, I just wore the swim diaper by itself and did not get any funny looks... Overall, they are comfortable and work well. They are not only the best swim diaper I've ever used but also the least expensive making them a great value. One tip: Make sure to tie the waist drawstring when washing or wearing, they will migrate inside the waistband and are very hard to get back out.

Good value and can be worn independently
Works well and can be worn alone because they do not look like plastic pants. Well fitting and durable.

Really nice quality, but not exactly a good fit for men
First, I really appreciate the thought that went into many of the details this product has. There is a โsealโ on the waist and legs to keep anything from leaking into the water, the drawstring helps keep the waist tight, and the liner is of a nice quality. The problem is the crotch is too narrow for men, leading to leg gaps that render all the leak-proofing features moot. I emailed the manufacturer via the suggestions address they provided on a card in the package, and hope they can make a design that works better for the guys.

Drawstring is great feature.
Having a drawstring is a great feature. I have a daughter with special needs and is incontinent. So hard to find something that works. I would have given 5 stars but like all things for the special needs community the prices are so jacked up.

Works for bowel, not bladder but much better than a disposable
I have nerve damage that makes bladder and bowel control dicey at best. These pants won't hold urine, it just slows it a bit! I change out of disposable underwear right before water park or swimming. Nothing solid will be coming out in the pool! The legs are snug but not uncomfortable. I can tighten the drawstring waist more if desired. I can use it as a tankini bottom or under my suits. It doesn't bulk up in the water and doesn't look like a swim diaper. Water Will dribble out as I walk after swimming but suits do that too! It dries fairly quickly but not as fast as a normal bottom. It launders nicely. YEAH! now I'm taking my grandkids swimming with no worries! Exactly what I needed. I also got a set for my 5 year old Autistic granddaughter. She can still wear a swim diaper barely, but this is more comfortable and less bulky (not obvious under the suit) We're going on a cruise and they don't allow kids in swim diapers in the on board pool. Problem Solved!

INCREDIBLY comfortable.
I am able to wear this by itself as a swim diaper, or as a cover. It is very comfortable. Alone, it's a great swim diaper. It's thin enough that it's invisible under my swim trunks. There's soft rubber in the leg openings and around the waist. They are elastic, but don't dig into the skin over time. There's a drawstring in the waistband to draw it tighter if you want it tighter. They are roomy enough I was also able to use them as a cover over my briefs. The soft rubber in the leg opening & waist worked equally well out of the water and doesn't dig into my skin. The fabris on the outside is very soft and silent. They moved well without snagging or twisting when under my trunks of clothes. I liked them so much, I bought a second pair.

True to size
These are stretchy and keep ahold of your accidents very well If your not in water swimming you just need to have a pull up and this on itโs a lot better than any other brands if you ask me so I bought four more I miss wearing underwear
