I’m very particular about my omega 3 dosage and always check the actual EPA and DHA content per capsule, not just the headline oil amount. This one is excellent. Per three capsules you get 1200mg EPA and 900mg DHA, which works out at roughly 400mg EPA and 300mg DHA per capsule. That’s a genuinely strong dose. Many omega supplements on the market only provide around 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA per capsule, which means you end up needing to take far too many pills to reach an effective intake. These save you that hassle. At around £25 for 300 capsules, it works out at roughly 8p per capsule, which is excellent value for this level of potency. The soft gels are easy to swallow and I’ve had no fishy taste or aftertaste. Made in Germany also gives confidence in quality and manufacturing standards. If you care about proper EPA and DHA dosing and good value for money, this is an excellent choice. Would definitely repurchase.

I just started taking the ESN Super Omega 3 capsules, and my first impression is very positive. The soft gels are small enough to swallow easily, and there’s no fishy smell or aftertaste, which is a big plus for me. I appreciate that it’s made in Germany and lab-tested — it gives me more confidence in the quality. I haven’t used it long enough to notice any effects yet, but everything about the product looks promising so far. I’ll update after a few weeks of use.

Came really quickly and tablets have no fishy smell. Tablet size just about reasonable. Good value for money and feel I am benefiting from taking them. Would order again.

Arrived with the usual Prime speed. Contents are exactly as described. Average price range. Ill reserve comment on the effectiveness of supplement. Suffice to say Im still alive and feel much the same for the moment!
