I suffer from PTSD, anxiety and fibromyalgia and this blanket has been a life saver! I sleep better and my anxiety at night is a lot better. I got 12lbs, I wish I had gotten 15. But I will probably order a second one since my boyfriend steals my blanket when he comes over. I like the cover it comes with the cool side is cool and the warm side is warm. I also like the cover so you can wash it, you definitely can't throw the actual blanket in the washing machine. Thank you to whomever inveted this blanket!
