I wear a size 8, previous had double bunion surgery. My bones do not protrude but i am very careful of a wider toe box. These deliver. However, overall I have a slender foot, especially around the heel. These slipped a bit. Also when walking the back section toward the ankle bone pooched out on both sides as I walked. After a consult, customer service recommended sizing down to 7.5. I did, and it solved the poking out, but then made the toe box tight.
