I have a very old one that is a single and it has always worked better to mix it without lumps due to the design. This one was a dual bit thought I'd give it a shot. It works great and you can make two at once and there are no lumps and no leaks. So I use this with Nutrisystem and make both my snacks at once so they are ready to go. You need to eat several times a day to keep up metabolism so I use it with their shake mix. One of the shaker bottles had a snapped off clip which is critical in its effectiveness. Without being able to secure the lid t leaked everytime it was shook. Wasting supplement in the process. The other bottle worked great once with two separate products. On the second use however it mixed all my products together. Resulting in a spark/muscle milk protein mixture, which was far from ideal. I drink the pre workout on the way to the gym, then use that side for BCAA and water while lifting. ..the whole time my protein powder is on the other side til I'm done, then fill that side with water shake and good to go for the drive home.
