The NINETYGO 20-inch carry on has quickly become my go-to suitcase. It’s lightweight but feels sturdy, and the hardshell material gives me confidence that my belongings are well protected. The wheels glide smoothly in every direction — even through crowded airports — and the telescoping handle feels solid with no wobble. Inside, the compartments are well thought out. The dividers and straps make it easy to organize clothes and keep everything in place, even on longer trips. I was also pleasantly surprised by how much it holds; it’s compact enough for overhead bins but still fits several days’ worth of clothes, shoes, and essentials. The design is sleek and minimalist, which I love, and it doesn’t scuff easily. For the price, this suitcase punches well above its weight in quality. If you need a reliable carry on that balances durability, style, and convenience, this is an excellent choice.

I travel every month and this is the most sturdy luggage I have. It’s been banged up and scraped and even lost once - but the wheels hold up and nothing has broken! It’s nice and spacious and the included dry-bag is so helpful for laundry.

I like the size but it doesn’t hold much. Great for a weekend or overnight trip. Very Sturdy and the wheel roll really smooth.

Very well made and the zippers seem durable. Perfect carry on size and has plenty of room. The inside has a nice material and the wheels glide very well on smooth and sidewalk surfaces.

I have been using this suitcase for about two months now and I absolutely love it. This is my first trunk. It’s a very tough suitcase and has taken a beating from both JetBlue and Delta. My only regret is I purchased a light color now scuffs do come off with a magic eraser, but due to the texture of the exterior material it’s almost like there are little holes in the material where dirt can get stuck and it’s very difficult to get out. I am still giving this five stars.

I purchased this Ninetygo hard-shell suitcase in October 2025 and used it as a checked bag for one trip. After a single use, the exterior was significantly dented and one of the wheels completely broke off, making it unusable. Hard-shell checked luggage is specifically marketed to withstand normal airport handling. This suitcase did not hold up under standard travel conditions. I contacted Ninetygo three separate times via email requesting warranty support and have not received any response. Based on both the durability issue and the lack of customer service, I cannot recommend this product. Warning do not buy this product if you want any longevity in your luggage. Now I have to buy a whole new luggage.
