The seller had send us a damaged product which was also missing the hangers to suspend the cradle cloth. The item was delivered on 21April25 and I had returned the item the same day itself after finding out about the faults in the item. The returned item was picked up promptly the next day itself .. however the refund has not been recieved till date. The item still shows in transit -its been a month now. The return policy mentins refund will be issued on reciept of the returned item by the seller. I wonder how an item delivered in nearly a weeks time, when returned is taking so long to reach the seller. And there is no where we can find a way to contact the seller. Pathetic is what i would say.
