Do not order! Doesn’t work
Didn’t work, do not order! It’s absolutely rubbish, and near on impossible to programme and no customer services to contact

1000W White with WiFi
Only fitted it yesterday, but it seems to be working well. However, the different modes are very limited: you can only change the temperature in free mode. The others are set at 50degC and 65degC. In schedule mode it's either 65deg or off, so no way of keeping a background warmth. It works with the Smart Life app, but that's pretty dumb: just replicates the limited control from the front panel! So much for "smart"! I've got it running a big towel ladder in the bathroom, and have to leave it ticking over at 48deg 24/7 to get any use from it.

Terrible company
This has never worked at first they seemed eager to help and requested video now nothing despite being chased .Avoid at all costs spend your money elsewhere
