Cotton. I am normally a small or extra small. This can be worn by most people. Slips over head and has pockets. Those are very important for myself... Quality is great. Thin but thick enough. Thank you. UPDATE: A few days later, I washed it before using it... the pockets came undone. Doesn't look like they were sewn down all the way at the top. The opening. Dissapointed about that because i feel like i need to repair it. And the shape doesnt hold. Kind of doesnt fit the same as right out of the pkg.
