I originally purchased the coconut milk powder in order to make a gluten free flour blend and end up liking it as a drink as well. It dissolves well in cold water if using a blender. I mostly use it to make my morning matcha, and have used it to make chia pudding. I like how the thickness can be adjusted by adding more powder and I also like that there are no extra ingredients added. It tastes great and is smooth and not gritty. As I am writing this review, I am placing my second order. I will be using this in place of oat milk for a majority of my drinks.

I bought this specifically as a creamer for my coffee. Unlike what others said about not clumping, mine did initially, that is until I got myself one of those electric handheld milk frothers and voila - perfect! Now creamy and no clumps in my coffee. I do froth it separately with some water which works great but may try doing it directly in the coffee. We shall see. It tastes great and I look forward to trying it in other things. Great value as well.

I bought the coconut powdered milk to make hot cocoa mix. When the weather turns cold I want a warm drink. Unfortunately I have a dairy allergy. So I decided I would try the coconut powdered milk in the recipe. It tastes good, not quite as creamy as I would like though. Too, it lends a bit of coconut flavor and aroma to the beverage. All in all it’s a pretty good hot cocoa mix. Dissolves really well.

This coconut milk powder tastes great, mixes well, and is the only one I could find that is 100% coconut powder with no fillers. I bought it because I read a study that said coconut milk powder was the only form of coconut that actually helped reduce both cholesterol and weight of the participants taking it, vs other forms of coconut such as oil, shredded, or milk. I started taking it with Creatine about six months ago, and my weight has been slowly going down -- when it had previously plateaued for about two years. My cholesterol has also gone down from 250 to 225. At least both in the right direction. I'm not sure exactly which product has the most effect, or whether it's truly the combination of them. But I will just continue what I'm doing! I'm happy with the results!
