This is effective. I felt more energy when I took it. I was pretty surprised how well it worked. I kind of don’t want the secret to get out and then it become more watered down due to high demand.

I always seem to feel better after I take this supplement. Whether I take it in the morning or evening I seem to have a sense of well being.

I am finding that this works nicely as a calming herb to help with sleep. It is difficult to wind down. I have found that if I take it about an hour before bed, I can get to sleep quickly and easily. I have also noticed that if I am experiencing some anxiousness otherwise, it also helps with that. I will be buying this again as I am finding it very effective, particularly when it comes to sleep.
