This scooter is awesome! Super easy to set up, surprisingly powerful, and the ride is smooth thanks to the solid tires. The speed feels great for daily commuting, and the range has been very consistent so far. I love that it connects to an app so you can track some stuff like distance, it’s convenient to check battery, lock the scooter, and switch modes right from the phone. It folds quickly, feels sturdy, and the build quality is much better than I expected for the price. Overall, a fun, reliable, and fast little beast for getting around!

URGENT SAFETY CONCERN! I wanted to share a dangerous steering incident with the JoyHis scooter. Purchased 1/10/26 Delivered 1/14/26. Initially super satisfied. Easy assembly, Smooth ride, overall enjoyable. We've had it for just under 2 weeks... all was going great until today. The scooter is now experiencing an issue where the handlebars locked- mid ride, preventing steering/turning left. Do to this unexpected steering incident, it caused my grandson to crash. Unfortunately, both knees have road rash with cuts and scrapes, his hand is hurt from trying to catch himself and the handlebar hit him in his stomach. This is a severe safety issue, possibly a defect in the steering mechanism? I also bought a second one at the same time from another manufacturer on Amazon, Maxshot (they look the same except a different color on tires) the same thing happened last week with this one, this grandson didn't get hurt. After his fall he was able to forcefully get the steering it to start turning. There was no other issues with his since. When it happened, sadly I didn't think it was serious. I did email this to the manufacturer in hopes they can help with how this happened, if it has only happened with our scooters or are others having the same concern? For now it will not be used until repair or refund occurs as this products are not safe to operate.

Very satisfied with the quality of the scooter. It arrived very well packaged and super easy to assemble. It can connect to an app that can control various setting like speed control or lock the scooter. Upon setting up the scooter I took it for a ride and it was a fun and smooth ride. Didn't do anything heavy duty but the power is certainly enough for regular usage, the neighborhood I live does have some slight uphill, and it can easily handle that. Only used with ECO/comfort mode so far without going to the highest speed but I think the motor has the potential. The build quality of the scooter is solid. The tires and body feel very sturdy and high quality. Good rubber protections throughout the scooter as well. I can even compare the quality with those much more expensive scooters out there. Overall very happy with the scooter.

Bought this to get around easier, I really like it but wish it had a key so i didnt have to worry about someone stealing it if i walk away from it for a few minutes, also wish i could maintain a slower speed consistently, easier to ride if your going at a good speed but if your riding along with people walking you have a hard time going that slow at an even pace. Nice scooter enjoy riding it.

Mom of the year gift! Kids absolutely love. Has some get up and go to the speed. Works decently on a dirt road. Phone holder could be better - on bumps the phone shakes so much. Kids got on Easter and use maybe 2/3 times a week for aprox and hour still haven’t charged the battery (aprox 3 weeks) They were easy to assemble, and fold down well for travel

Amazing I got it within a day later and it’s so pretty in person the pink one but I do have to say when riding it with the seat there is a 50 percent chance you will fall it tends to move sideways a lot so I took out the seat and use it standing up with is so much better and easy love it the speed is good battery life is amazing as well it last long and is affordable and to fold it is easy as well overall amazing product

My daughter just enjoys her scooter she rides it every day to her school bus stop and to the store, park or her friends house that stay about 4-5 miles away. The battery holds up well she probably charge it every 3 days if needed but it definitely holds up and its speed it well. It’s a durable weight but with the added seat a little bit heavy for my daughter but it’s fine I do all the heavy lifting around here. Folds up great when I need to drive it anywhere for her and that’s the best part. The app feature is also great because I can change the speed of the scooter if needed for anyone younger.
