Will give more stars after I communicate with the vendor. I got my IMUS 10 cup GAU-00028 aluminium today 09/25/25. Unpacked washed accessoires, put it together and add 2 cups water and gave it a steam. Result: the inside lid has a plastic cover that melted or dripped some white substance on the pot. I am lucky I did not rushed to cook on it. Then "This product contains the following elements: Aluminum, (Iron, Chromium Total, Chromium Compounds, Nickel & Nickel Compounds, Manganese & Manganese Compounds, Copper, Magnesium, Zinc, Carbon, Phosphorus, Sulfur, Titanium, Tin) and PFAS. " Yummmm! looked also on manual, there is not instructions about the down side lid plastic. NONE Will contact the company by phone with questions.

This piece of junk stuck on the first time. You cannot make a small amount of rice. Nonstick? Completely stuck.

Can't really review this product. I never used it once. It was totally bent to $&@* when it arrived. I returned immediately with full credit. Not sure if I will order this specific rice cooker again. I probably should stick to one that is more expensive well known such as Tiger.
