In an effort to eat healthier, I have been looking for a cane sugar substitute and am so happy to have found this Monk Fruit Sweetener. I use it to sweeten my green tea and collagen drink in the morning, and I've also used it to bake with. This sweetener can be too sweet, so I use half the amount called for in recipes. When I make my 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies, I use 1/3 cup of Mong Fruit Sweeter instead of 2/3 cup sugar in the recipe. The cookies come out perfect and tasty.

Why use brown sugar when you can use this - without the calories. No one can tell that I bake without sugar using this product. One for one when baking, no blood sugar increase, SO much cheaper than the grocery store, perfect consistency and tastes like heaven! It's not the best thing since sliced bread...it's just the best thing EVER!
