Can't fault the price for what you're getting, I wanted to wait until I had downloaded elder scrolls online before I reviewed and it runs perfectly. I had a slight fault with mouse and keyboard and he sent a next day replacement, the service is absolutely fantastic. Thank you

brought it and it looks great and plays well but i could not get any sound no matter what6 i tried. even the headphones did not work so very disappointed

Excellent pc for the price brought a Xmas present for my son. Needed lots of updates and graphics card drivers were not installed. Once fixed it works very well. Halo,gears of War,fortnite,arc survival,rage2,minecraft with mods, all run very well on high settings any game we have tried works flawlessly monitor had hdmi and looks great 1440x900 There are no spare slots to add wifi card. Usb wifi dongle included although I haven't tested it as using ethernet powerline adaptor. Mouse feels cheap so brought upgrade. Graphics card is ddr6 version of 1650 not older ddr5 Very happy son. looks way better than his xbox one s on every game we tried

The conversation about these cheaper Chinese gaming PCs from a moral perspective is outside the scope of this review. However, as a purchase on Amazon, its an absolutely fine purchase. NH Trading are importing from China pre-built to spec PC's at different price points and using Amazon to sell them, and that's absolutely fine. Do note they havent bothered finishing their website though (its full of Lorem Ipsum) and their email address [email protected] is non existent. I called them and you have to email [email protected] if you have issues. I've possibly been lucky, if you needed support, I'm not sure how confident I'd feel. You will get I'm sure some variance in product spec such as some monitors not having the HDMI and only VGA, but some have, and the quality of the keyboard, mouse & monitor are poor, with the monitor being particularly small, and yes, the components are a few years old BUT As a broad spectrum use PC or for light use gaming, its absolutely fine. It'd be a great PC for a younger childs first PC, and was shipped to me well packaged, clearly labelled, well put together and since it's been on hasn't skipped a beat. I'm doing video editing in Adobe Premiere, a few laps of F1 2019 at around 60-90fps, a few hours in Minecraft with ALL the shaders and it's absolutely fine. If you're lazy & don't consider £550 expensive (I'm fortunate & lucky enough that I don't) its a perfectly fine purchase. Yes I could for similar cash buy newer better quality and performing components and build it myself, but for what I used it for, it's excellent. I'm happy they havent balanced the budget across the system, monitor, keyboard & mouse, or otherwise that'd have probably brought the quality of the system down also. Instead, consider the monitor, keyboard & mouse throw away items and the system being the thing you buy. A good solid purchase, and as I say, impressed with the packaging, the case, and some of the little details like supplying a Wifi nubbin and providing the graphics card box etc

I purchased this bundle as a Christmas present for my son. I studied the specs of a lot of different bundles and this is clearly the best at this sort of price. It arrived when it said it would and was well packaged. To make sure we avoided any issues on Christmas morning I have set it up, connected it to the Internet, downloaded the virus protection stuff etc. All this was very simple and fast and everything worked well. It looks absolutely awesome.

Bought this for my son for Christmas when he opened it it was only the tower so a very upset child, got the rest sent out with a complimentary mouse mat! All the wires where second hand and hadn’t been electrical tested since 2018! So again new wires had to be sent out, then the pc kept crashing and making an awful noise, so again to be sent back to then recieve a completely different tower from the one I ordered. Through all of this I got £20 refunded to me as good will for it then to be taken off me when I said enough is enough and got a refund all together.so no I would definitely not recommend this company!!!

I bought this on my mothers account as i had no prime at the time. Arrived and one of the 3 led's around the fans didnt work at all, no biggie. this morning i pressed the power button and a loud bang and flash occured. the PSU has blown, whilst plugged into a surge protector... Waiting for the company to respond as luckily its still under the 1 year waranty. Never had a PSU blow before, they are supposed to last years...good pc while it was working though, hence 3 stars instead of 1

This computer bundle was a very good price, very easy to set up and looks amazing, runs reasonably quiet, very pleased
