The media could not be loaded. Bought this jade roller for myself as I've seen it's continued rise in popularity as part of many skin care regimens. I was pleasantly surprised that it came in such a nice box with each item having its own designated cutout. This box contains the jade roller, gua sha scraper, and a plastic mask applicator (another tool I've been meaning to purchase) The box is quite nice as is the presentation so it would make a nice gift to give if you wanted.I'm so glad this roller doesn't make any noise when you use it. I was primarily worried about that and the quality of the roller itself because I don't need my skin breaking out. Thankfully this roller's jade feels cool and smooth and overall quite beautiful. The gua sha tool is also cool to the touch, has a hefty solid weight to it, and also aesthetically pleasing. The box comes with a little bag you can store the roller and the scraper in, and I keep both in my fridge. They hold the cold temperature quite well when I'm using it and they both clean easily.So far, I've used my roller and gua sha scraper every single morning to help reduce puffiness in my face and it's been really helpful. Giving your face a roller massage in the morning is extremely calming and my facial muscles feel loose and not as tight if that makes sense. The rolling sensation is great because it achieves a depth that my fingers can't replicate when trying to massage my face.Overall, this was a great purchase. You really get quality items and the best bang for your buck! I also signed up for their one year warranty, and it was really easy and quick to set up. However, it is done via Facebook, not sure what would happen if you didn't have an account, but most likely you would just email them. I highly recommend! I am glad that I took the time to thoroughly review and compare the jade roller and gua sha sets! I couldn't be happier with my choice. I have had the set only 1 week, but have loved how much difference it makes, that I've used it every day but one. It's not like me to invest this much time in "self indulgence" or skin care, honestly. I'm in my early 60's and still have great, youthful skin, but was horrified when I began to see deep wrinkles in my neck area! I read that this is an area that truly reveals one's age and decided that I needed to figure out what to do asap. I'm a medical professional and LOL, did my research, coming up with this solution. I cannot believe how not only have those neck wrinkles become truly almost unnoticeable, but the very first time I used it, I was so pleasantly surprised to discover that the thing that stood out incredibly, was that the contour of my relatively high cheekbones were well defined, as I'd not seen them look in years! My entire face looked much smoother and though the effects last through the day, I do see even more smoothness and vanishing fine lines every day. I also have to say that the huge benefit to me is that I've had chronic sinusitis for years now and have done everything imaginable to treat this condition. I was hesitant buying one of these, wondering if it's just another fad. But, I am SO glad I did. This really works! I found that it's effective for MANY uses. First, I want to say that it was packaged so nicely that it would make a fantastic gift just by that!1. After a couple weeks, I've noticed a difference in my skin after using this. This really helps my serums absorb better.2. It's helped my sinuses! I used the instruction for rolling it on side of my nose and over my sinuses. I use more pressure there. My years of having a sinus drip has nearly disappeared! But, out of habit, I still keep one kleenex close at hand, tho I rarely ever need it.3. I use it to massage my fascial muscles. Tightening your skin; reducing or eliminating sag is not just about the skin. Our fascial muscles are neglected. I use pressure rolling back and forth on the muscles. If you don't know where they are, you can usually tell when your on them just like any other muscle in your body that needs massaging.4. I have painful inflammation of my right knee. Bone on bone. I've been prescribed Diclofenac Sodium cream and Lidocaine cream and told to mix them together and apply. I came up with the idea that if this jade roller helps my serums absorb better that it may do the same with my prescription pain cream. Boy howdy! (As my dad would say.) It really helps!
