I needed some new insoles . These are great! They feel good on my feet. I would definitely buy again.

These insoles immediately made expensive running shoes more comfortable with mismatched personal arches.

These fit into running shoes and provide good arch support.

the insert is cut too far inward, so the big toe is only half on the insert. It is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. if you have an average size foot, this will not work. Not sure it would even work for a narrow foot.

I have flat feet. Extremely flat feet. To the point that I have chronic plantar fasciitis and actually had surgery for it. It helped, but didn’t fix the problem. Thus, I wear inserts ALL the time. I’ve always worn custom orthotics, but they’re expensive which is why I’m trying to find a pre-made one that will work for me. The Power Step Insoles for flat feet were too high, so I tried these. I think they will work, but the insole itself is too short. I ordered the women’s 7.5-8. I wear a 7-7 1/2 shoe. They’re a good 1/2 inch too short. If these do work and I get more I will definitely size up

These were easy to trim and mold. They work great.
