According to the bottle, the sodium content for the Mr. Spice Garlic Steak sauce is 4 mg.  The potassium (salt substitute) content is 200 mg.  The Mr. Spice Ginger Stir-Fry sauce has 1 mg. of sodium (salt) and 25 mg. of potassium.  The Mr. Spice Honey BBQ sauce has 5 mg. of salt and 360 mg. of potassium.

One bottle.  This is where Amazon Prime shopping meets "what the *ell".  Small item, no life of its own. They should offer a smaller free sample and then box up 4 or more for a reasonable/per bottle price but...  It was reasonably good, but I just REALLY eliminated salt on steak day and went with A1... big time, available at the local super market maybe the other is also, ? but I think this is a manufacturer's built in tax for heart patients, lol.
