Q: How many oz is considered 1 servings? I need to know how many 5 oz cups I can fill with 1 box of the mousse.

Precisely, i do not know. Approximately, i can tell you, is that one package makes about 3 to 4 ~1/2 servings. I hope this helps.

Q: Has anybody ever tried to use this product as a frosting for cakes? Is it thick enough to support the layers?

I use this for a layered dessert, with brownies, whipped cream, toffee, and a couple other little things.... it does thicken up, but would recommend using about a quarter cup less milk and refrigerating it for at least a couple hours before trying to use it as a cake frosting. Hope this helps.

Yes- you can use a mixer at low speed but not in a blender
