Good taste, smell, seems like good quality and for a decent price.

I primarily use this cacao powder in my coffee, and it's great. Also works well in smoothies, but be sure to blend it before adding ice or cold items to avoid any clumps. I don't bake, so can't help you in that department. Great flavor.
