Use this acne treatment regularly and it’s one of the few that actually works to help clear my sensitive and acne prone skin. I use this nearly daily. Per most similar products - it did dry my skin out at first but over time I have adjusted to find the right amount of product and application style. Will continue to use and recommend to others.

I have been using this product often on for years and it’s comparable to using proactive, but I believe it’s better. It uses the same low amount of benzo peroxide, which works better for me than salicylic acid. It also has a nominal glycolic acid content which is much more gentle than salicylic acid or Retinol-A based acne treatment.

I am a skin care aficionado but I'm also discerning about what I put in my face. I wanted to try a different spot treatment BPO for the occasional breakout and this was a really good choice. The combo with glycolic acid and the fact that the BPO is micronized I think is what makes this effective. It has a few skin soothing extracts in the ingredient list as well. This dries to a clear finish and did not dry or irritate my skin. I've got middle aged skin that is neither dry nor oily. It made a stubborn couple of spots go away within two days after being there a week with no real change with the other BPO 10% from Clean & Clear.
