Great quality camera for the price point! Optics are very clear, local SD card storage works great, app is easy enough to use and has useful features like setting specific zones to watch for motion detection, so it ignores high traffic areas you don't need to monitor.

This camera is priced great that can connect and monitor through a easy to understand app. I have one outside the front of the house and two at entry doors inside the house. Chose to use micro SD card to store videos instead of the cloud. Motion detection can be customized through the app. So far no issues with quality even with the latest heavy rains.

This camera worked good when purchased. I bought 6 and only one had an issue that corrected itself when reset to factory. Now after two months all six have failed. They no longer stay online. I've confirmed that at least one continues to record to local memory and the others may too but they are fully disconnected from the wifi. To restore connection they require a power-cycle. This occurs every 3-5 hours. Once offline they do not self restore that I have seen. All six lose connection at the same time which suggest recent changes to firmware and/or how they maintain heartbeat to the server. I also purchased a different model camera that has pan-tilt. It has no issue so far and I am not allowing firmware updates on it. Buyer beware. You are not purchasing a tested and stable product. You will be the one that evaluates the updates when they are pushed out. TAPO is not selling a stable product. Even if it is stable when purchased it may not be a week later. Not what I expected from TP-Link.

Getting a camera like this for this price is simply amazing! We bought three of these cameras a while ago and really liked how they work. The picture quality is great, and it captures great nighttime footage. People and animal detection works flawlessly. The app is also user-friendly, allowing you to monitor all your cameras, customize settings, and manage your recording archive. I still can't believe you can buy a camera like this from the trusted brand TP-Link for the price of a single lunch.

They are good for the price. I bought another one to face a different direction. Since they are not wireless it is difficult to place outside. I have them facing outside my big front window, which does well until night. Once it gets dark it cannot see out the window. So I haven't really been able to test out the night mode part of it. I am sure if it was shooting inside the house, it would be good. I would buy again. It works with the Tapo app which is fairly easy to set up. I have both cameras on it. I rly like to see when packages have delivered or if someone pulls in that doesn't belong.

so worth it. i got for outdoor use and have not had any problems. it is definitely weather resistant. easy to set up with the app. the motion detection is a little too sensitive as it picks up everything that moves ever so slightly (especially outside). but i suppose that's not a bad thing, because i do believe the sensitivity is able to be changed in the app. i did purchase the once a year subscription that it offered because i like the playback option. i would recommend.

So far it is great. Paired easily with the app and the video quality is a good as any other budget wifi camera. I used Tapo Cameras Control integration to easily add it to Home Assistant and you get two binary motion sensors (vs 4 or 5 with the C120 series) but good enough for my purposes. The app interface is better than the Wyze for viewing local recordings, imo. Also includes a wall wart which is a rarity these days.

Love them!! Easy set up and no subscription needed. Micro card saves all videos (buy separately). Picture vid quality is excellent.

Por el precio está excelente, 1080p está muy bien para áreas donde no se requiera una distancia larga, porque a 10 metros la definición y los detalles son muy buenos. Los sensores funcionan perfectamente y la luz led que trae está excelente.

Buena definición y buena calidad de video, agarré el producto con cupón y me salió en menos de $400
