The media could not be loaded. The YOYIRYB 4K camera is very good overall, captures very clear video and is able to detect nearby human movement extremely well. During nighttime, you have the option of just using infrared or you can turn on the flashlight! I also like how the camera has 2 way capabilities. It has a mic and speaker so you can have a conversation with the person on the camera. All the video recording is stored on the homebase so there's no need for a subscription. The camera seems very well built and sturdy. The app is easy to use and works great. I purchased cameras to remotely monitor my cottage and to assess how well it works, and I am now planning on buying more. The camera shipped quickly and in very good packaging. The only issue I had was with the solar charging but it was because the panel was just not getting enough sunlight in the original position. Once I moved it to a different location with more sun it starting charging properly. The support provided by YOYIRYB, and Julie in particular, was absolutely fantastic. They were extremely responsive and were clearly working hard to solve my issue and make sure I was satisfied with the camera. Without requesting it, they provided me with a new solar panel to use, which was done by having me order the panel on Amazon, after which they instantly refunded the cost (in the end, there was nothing wrong with the panel). As I mentioned, the actual problem was my fault because the panel was not getting sufficient sunlight in the cold winter. Since moving it, it has worked flawlessly. I highly recommend this camera and YOYIRYB. Their support was outstanding. Communication with them was clear and concise and done directly through the app. If you want a great, yet simple to use security camera, this is the one - you will not be disappointed, but if you have challenges their support team will bend over backwards to help you. Really happy with this purchase!
