Gluten is a wheat product. This is oil and salt with butter flavors. You're good

Q: Can I use this with my popcorn machine?

This should work with any popcorn popper that uses oil. Use 3 tablespoons of coconut oil to a 1/2 cup of popping kernels. Add the salt to the popcorn after it's popped and still hot. When I add it I like to shake it up a bit so it coats the kernels. If you want a buttery topping you need to find clarified butter or ghee. Regular melted butter makes the popcorn soggy and in my experience ruins the fluffiness. Happy popping!

It’s a solid, but mine didn’t come frozen. It melts down when you heat it up, just like other coconut oils.

Q: can i use the flavacol salt and butter flavored coconut oil with the hotpop microwave popcorn popper?

According to the Hotpop product description, you add oil and salt before you pop, so this should work just fine.
