I bought this as a gift. We have played it many times. The cards are not in German - just colour and numbers. Maybe the instructions page are also in German. I cannot give you any further information.

Does this deck have the invisabilty card like the old one

No. It has a 9 and 3/4 card with a photo of the sorting hat on it. Means you have to choose who keeps drawing cards until they choose a Griffyndor card.

What the dimensions of the cards themselves?

The cards measure just shy of 2.25 x 3.5. Hope this helps
