Q: Can this work aswell with L3++??

It will work with any antminer, and L3+ as well

Q: Is there another 12V connection for a different fan since adding this take away my original? 12V connector.

The purpose of this device is to remove your fans. Our fan simulator is a plug & play "fan delete" which works on any miner or computer. Let us know if you have any other questions!

It works on all of the miners I have and have had only suggest you use one if your cooling with external air flow the machines tend to get hot when your using them with the factory setup and configuration and taking fans off or slowing airspeed will severely reduce the lifespan of the machine but great if your doing submerged mining rig would recommend for sure
