Does 09/02 /14 mean that the product expires in September or February?

This means the ninth day of February, 2014, if this product is directly from Europe. This batter was nice, but not worth the money. I have tried them ALL.. all the imported crepe mixes and still, the very best is homemade... flour,egg, milk (or water), melted butter. Make batter very thin and spread quickly on crepe pan. Delicious and perfect. You can add a bit of cinnamon, almond extract, vanilla extract, etc... to step up the flavor of the batter a bit. When done, spread Nutella on the crepe and roll it up YUM!!! just like you'd buy under the Eiffel Tower!!!

Once made, will the batter keep 1 or 2 days in the fridge? This is a house of one adult.

I have certainly done this with this product. I never let it sit for more than one to two days and another option is to just make the whole batch and stack them between damp paper towels in the refrigerator.

Super proud to have received these so quickly but the directions are in french. could you please tell me where i could find the directions in english.

My kids loved it, and I did too. The flavor is nice and the texture turns out great. The instructions are in a different metric system, but it was easy to figure out. It’s a good option when you want to make crepes without much hassle.

Crepes, Pop Overs etc require three ingredients maybe four if you use vanilla extract. The Pop overs didn’t hollow, crepes were good and cooked properly

I used olive oil and it took me two crepes to get it right. When I did, it was amazing. I did use medium high heat. My father thought I made them from scratch, which his father did. It's a nice mix. Two cups of milk and one tablespoon of oil for Americans.
