Slightly expensive as most “healthier” pasta options are but it was comparable/lower than many I looked at Cook time says 8-12 minutes. Initially when I cooked for 8min the outside of the pasta had the slimy/mushy texture but the inside was more aldente. I then cooked for 2 extra minutes making the total cook time 10 min and while the pasta was still structured it did have a mushier texture than “standard” gluten pasta.
