seems to be working well for me... I'm always running anemic, I know I don't eat enough meat.. who does with todays prices? I've had a few surgeries and each time they've put me on iron supplement in hospital, a couple ops ago I bout some otc iron tab and my doc told me every other day, but nxt op came and I was anemic again. A friend told me her doc gave her the name of this iron supplement and she knew I too had anemia issues, so she shared the info and I ordered a 60 day supply, by 2 weeks I had some pre op tests and my iron was good! had the op and didnt need iron post op, so when I saw I was getting low I did this reorder and also, put it on a 2 month auto=ship. These iron tablets are well worth the money. It works amazingly well for individuals that are anemic.

This is an excellent product recommended by my son's hematologist/oncologist. it's very high in iron. We were giving it to him every other day. He did not experience any unpleasant side effects such as cramps or stomach pain. I would recommend taking a stool softener however, while taking this as well. highly recommended, if you're trying to boost up your iron... Always speak to your doctor first.

Need these. Took a few weeks to tell the difference in my energy but I expected it needed to get into system. The urine color kinda scares me but Google says that's ok. Has faint odor and taste but not bad. Only last as long as its on your tongue. Its easy to swallow.

I gave a four only because I am not sure it doing the work it should be I will know more in August after a blood test results . I been only taken it for a month and I take one tablet every other day on an empty stomach. The pills are package very secure I haven’t had no side effects and it very easy on the stomach Not fun of the taste but the taste do not linger in your taste bud for long no constipation problem yet. It worth the money

AMAZON packed the item incorrectly! The package wasn't insulated nor was there any indication on the outside of the package to keep it cool. Otherwise, these are great to take they DO NOT cause constipation or any type of stomach irritation even if they are taking without food. If you have trouble swallowing pills these are not for you the pills are a little larger than a capsule. I have been taking these since 2019 and they keep my iron from being under 12.

After 3 days of using the stool became green color which means that the iron is not absorbed. Had to finish taking it
