It was not bitter at all, and it was smooth. I had no problem other than i was hoping it was more medium bodied. The color is great. I heard people saying that the powder smells weird but it doesn’t. If you plan on buying it don’t put too much milk and i use 2 tsp of powder every time. I used like 1/2 cup of milk after i whisk my matcha and it tasted good.
