I must say this GF angel food cake turned out DELICIOUS! I wasn't sure what to expect but it was light and flavorful, with a decent height. This GF angel food cake turned out well - delicious and moist. It’s an expensive cake to make though. In addition to buying this mix, lots of eggs are required. That being said, it turned out so well that the next time I need a GF Angel Food cake, I likely will purchase this mix again.
