I picked up this set to see whether either step would help calm things down. CALMING SERUM: The serum does not have a strong scent. It leaves a tacky residue, so I put a mild body cream over it after it dries. The ingredients are mainly soothing and hydrating rather than treatment-level actives for seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis—and it does feel somewhat soothing on my skin and doesn’t cause any additional inflammation. TREATMENT CREAM: The cream has a harsh scent and leaves my skin extremely sticky. Because of that, I avoid using it during the day so it does not stick to my clothes, and I avoid it at night so it does not stick to my sheets. This cream contains a therapeutic 3% salicylic acid concentration, which is the active used to treat seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis. Since that is not the issue I am dealing with on my arms, I am setting it aside I have seen some of the red seem to calm since I started using the serum, though I haven’t seen as significant changes as I had hoped. I’m only five days in though, and have not been consistent with twice-daily use. Since it does seem to be calming the inflammation somewhat, I plan on giving more consistent application a try for a bit.

Treated my follicles and smooth my scalp

Giving it 4 starts because this is the first day I got it so I will comment an update in about a month! I got the shampoo, condition, and cream. The shampoo has a pepper-ish smell to it. It’s not bad. It brings a really nice, strong, cooling effect to your scalp. The conditioner smells nice, not like medication or anything. It made my hair very soft And the face cream is great. It also brings a really strong cooling effect when you apply it I can’t wait to see in a few weeks how well it works on my skin

I have very bad scalp psoriasis which is causing my hair to fall out and my head so itchy not even perscribed medicine worked. Been using this for over a week and has helped calm down my scalp so much I finally have relief but you do have to use it threw out the day. I will be ordering this again.

At first I thought it worked bcuz the flakes dulled down and were very few. However as I kept using it thinking it would go away completely for the most part, the flakes were still there. Granted I admit I have a problem with picking the flakes out my hair but I was hoping it wasn’t even on my scalp to scratch up anymore. So pretty much this is a temporary fix for a few days, lessens the flakes but after a day or 2 they began to show up again. :( btw that photo was the day after I washed it and used the cream as well.

I had a horrible psoriasis outbreak on my face for the first time and initially used the body cream, which burned, then turned into a tingle, but the burning lasted for a good 15 minutes. The body cream worked great on my body, but I realized, I needed something more suitable for my face. I searched and found this online and decided to try it since the body cream was so effective. After using it for three days, the symptoms are going away. Some of my skin, especially around my neck, started to scab over, and flake off, and the rest of the spots are just extremely dry. As bad as it sounds, it's a huge improvement from what it was before that. I know that this is the first step for it to heal completely. As per the instructions, I'll continue to use it for the next few days, but the amount I used was very minimal. I would definitely recommend this product for facial psoriasis, because the suffering isn't worth it.

Skin improved within days. Hope it continues. After trying lots of different creams, this one has made a difference.

I was very hopeful after reading the reviews but unfortunately this product was too strong for my skin and caused my psoriasis to explode out of control. I itch and my scalps flakes more than ever, even waking me up with burning and itching on my scalp.
