Didn't work for me
I had high hopes for these insoles after reading many positive reviews for them. I was wary of splashing out nearly £40 for them but was prepared to do so to try and get pain relief from the severe osteoarthritis I suffer with in both knees. Unfortunately I have to say after using them for over a month now I have had no noticeable benefit .I hope that anyone who does go on to buy them gets the relief they seek. There are too many good reviews of these insoles for them so don't be put off by my review - they just didn't work in my case

A far more practical way to wear copper than a little wrist band. They are a good product. I have been using them for a week but as yet there are no improvements to my osteopathic knee pain, the reason why I bought them but I shall continue to wear them, maybe, as the weeks pass there will be some improvement.

Expensive but they do seem to give some pain relief.
I bought these as a gift for my father who had read several positive reviews about them in magazines. He has been wearing them continuously in his gardening boots and swears by them. He says he does not get the limb pains quite so bad since wearing them, so he is really pleased with them.

Walking on cloud nine
A tad expensive for what they are and I'm not really sure if they are giving me relief ,perhaps only time will tell ,one can only hope , yet my wife swears by them her feet no longer ache so much

Well worth investigated!
The transdormal application of copper is well known to have beneficial effects on the elderly. I had been using patches for this but these have had a bad effect on my skin. I discovered the Heelers and find that they seem to the job without difficulty. It is true that they have to be "run in" for shoes and slippers but once worn a bit are nearly undetectable. They also can be transferred to new shoes etc., (despite the contrary advice by some selers) and therefor seem to be very long-lasting which makes them very affordable, because the patches are not cheap and have to be changed daily.
