I bought this crepe mix on a whim and ended up being really impressed. The batter came together easily and had a smooth texture without needing much effort. The crepes cooked evenly and didn’t tear, which is usually my biggest issue when making them from scratch. The flavor is light and not overly sweet, so they work just as well for savory fillings as they do for breakfast-style crepes.
