I have been dealing with joint pain for years, I have tried diferent supplements, and various OTC pain medications, but nothing really helps that much. I get very stressed out during this pandemic, not too many places to go and am mostly in the house so I get a little unease and stressed out, I got these to also help me smoke less cigarettes because after the new years one of my main resolutions is to quite smoking and be less stressful during the day. I researched Ashwagandha online and thought I'd give it a try, I don't know if it's scientifically proven or even a placebo effect but these particular brand seemed to do nothing for me. i did seem to have a little more boost of energy than before but that just could've been because I also was taking Mushroom Complex capsules. I plan on doing more research, maybe I need a higher dose but I do realize that the right percentage of the doses depend on the individual taking it as well.
