Got the wrong apricot seeds because these are sweet like they say but I was told to get sour apricot seeds for the B17 in them. PLEASE be careful because I have been told to eat only a 1or 2 each day for Bitter apricot seeds. There is a warning label these that say Consume sweet apricot seeds in moderation. Etc. I have checked it out in Duckduckgo search assist which said “bitter apricot seeds can be dangerous because they contain a compound called amygdalin, which can convert to cyanide in the body.” Make sure to read your labels on your packages before consuming. I’m not a doctor so I can’t help you. I ate a handful of these and then saw the warning label on these then someone mentioned it and then I did the Duckduckgo AI search. Very happy 🙂 with these apricot seeds but next time maybe I’ll get bitter apricot seeds for higher B17.

These were fresh and have a wonderful taste...almost like a softer almond. I quite enjoy them!

These taste like almonds. Very easy to take. The only problem is the bag was open...looked like it was ripped on the side during packaging.
