Brilliance Laser Inks 60ml Aluminium Spray

Did a great job on AL anodized card with a 20W diode laser. Nice to have in my toolkit.

I got these aerosol marking inks for my husband, who needed a reliable solution for marking aluminum parts in his manufacturing work. He was specifically looking for a durable formula that wouldn’t fade, rub off, or degrade under heat, while providing clear and high-contrast marking on metal surfaces. The ink comes in a convenient spray can. Before use, it just needs a good shake. Application is simple—spray a thin, even layer onto a clean surface and let it dry for about 5 minutes. One of the key benefits is that the ink doesn’t clog the laser’s nozzle, which is crucial for smooth operation during engraving. The formula is heat-resistant and doesn’t peel or flake off, even when the parts are exposed to high temperatures. After laser engraving, the result is a deep black mark that’s easy to read, even on matte aluminum surfaces. Once applied and engraved, the markings are resistant to abrasion, oils, and coolants, which is essential for parts used in mechanical systems or harsh environments. Overall, this ink fully met my husband’s expectations. It provides sharp, long-lasting markings, and the formula works seamlessly with laser equipment. It's a reliable material for industrial aluminum marking.

I only got this because the description said it's compatible with diode. Then once it arrived I discovered that it's not. So it's completely useless for me. I also think $34.95 is rather high for such a tiny container.

It doesn't give rich black results with a low powered laser, but dark enough to be useful. Loses a star for being ludicrously expensive.

If you use the correct settings on your fiber laser engraver you don't need this. Also, it doesn't work worth a crap.
