Out of all the things that I bought by little brother for Christmas, including pricey gadgets and cool new electronics, this is what he liked the most. Awesome pictures and fun facts - great for a kid who loves basketball.

I gave it to my grandson as one of his Christmas presents; he loved it and was excited that I got it for him.

I thought it might be too sophisticated but NO! He’s a true basketball fanatic and was fascinated with the stats. The photos are great too.

This was a gift to a sixth grade boy and he absolutely loves it. I think he has it memorized.

My 6 year old loves all the top 10 lists in this book. From top players to top duos to top jerseys, this book offers a basketball history lesson packed in fun countdowns. It may become outdated with each new season and as new stars emerge, but for now it is a big hit in our home.

Oh boy is my 10 year-old great nephew enjoying this book! Great photos of all the greats past and present with all kinds of facts. So glad I purchased this for him!

My kiddo has almost the entire series of these SI Kids books. If you have a sports addicted kid these books are a must buy. He reads these more than Harry Potter which is crazy. The basketball book didn't disappoint, there's many others like statistics, football, records, baseball and all access give them a try.

Good book with lots of great pictures of these players with a reasonable amount of writing describing each player value to the game. However, I prefer the 2013-14 book NBA's 50 Greatest Basketball Players of All-time which is the most informative "factual and statistical" reference on Amazon. The book also has a handy “chart” in the back of the book with hundreds of entries of a Player’s total MVP awards, Finals MVP awards, Defensive Player of the Year awards, All-NBA First Team and Second Team selection, All-Defensive First Team and Second Team selections, Scoring/Rebounding/Assists titles won, etc.
