The chair was light weight but sturdy. Comes with travel bag and easy to fold. Overall with the price I’m satisfied. Was a little tricky to adjust the chest cushion but doable. Comfy to sit on as well.

I am giving five stars, although there was a problem originally, which was quickly resolved. For the price, it is a great value. The bolt under the chest piece did not come with the chair but customer service sent it out quickly. My husband had to work with it a bit to get it to fit. It is lightweight and easy to assemble and dismantle. I did a dozen chair massages this weekend at a womens retreat and everyone loved their massage.

I love this chair. The only negative is that you're sitting up more than relaxed and leaned forward. Pretty comfortable. My toddler loves it. Holds pretty good amount of weight. Easy to assemble, not too heavy. Seems pretty sturdy

I don't write a lot of reviews but I feel I should write this one. I didn't like the massage chair and asked to return it. They requested that I take pictures of what I didn't like before they give me permission to return And now that I have sent the pictures in, the have yet to let me know I can return the chair. For someone like me who runs 2 businesses, this is a hassle I don't need when returning things to Amazon. This is clearly the seller's attempt to make it as inconvenient as possible to make the return. I normally would not mention the seller's behavior in my product review, but you can only get this product from this seller, so they are inherently intertwined. But now on to the massage chair... Aside from it being much lighter in weight than my last one (which I believe was an Earthlite), it is a terribly designed chair. Please watch the video for clarity on these points... - The support for the hand rest is sharp and must be wrapped in order for it not to break the flimsy carrying bag - The chest pad is attached to the chair. My old one was attached with velcro so could be moved easily. - The parts don't move easily, especially the chest pad - The chest pad interferes with the adjustment of the face cradle, so you have ask your client to sit back while you adjust the face cradle, guessing if it actually fits them, and then have them sit forward to see if you are right. If you are not right, you must have them sit back again and lower the chest pad. -The chest pad blocks one of the knobs for the face cradle, so you always have to lower it in order to adjust the face cradle. This slows the process down considerably - I could not remove my powdered mineral makeup from the face cradle. I tried out the massage chair the first time I opened it and my chair cleanser (which always removed the makeup from my old massage chair) would not remove the make up. Since the company asked me to send them photos (though they would not accept more than 10 MB when I tried to email them (so resizing added another step to the process), I made a video review. I hope this review helps you. Seriously... I usually don't bother reading 1-star reviews because I usually think someone is just ranting, but if I had known about the design flaws in the massage chair and that the seller would hassle me if I wanted to return the chair, I never would have bought it and I think that gives this 1 star review value. BTW, the design flaws slow down the process of settling your client into the chair (in my case, it was my neighbor that I attempted to work on) and it makes you look like you don't know how to manage the chair. Also, because parts like the chest pad are hard to move and you kind of have to yank them, it makes you look unprofessional because the chair is clearly a piece of junk and does not functuion properly.

I bought this chair for my daughter who is a massage therapist just starting out. While it is convenient to put together and fits in her trunk, it is very inconvenient to adjust for different people. The chest plate has to be unscrewed to adjust and the seat wobbles a bit. As a person in the chair getting a massage, the face pillow has a strong odor, the seat feels a little unstable and even on the highest setting, the leg rests feel too low. I also felt like I was falling forward off the seat and it was fairly hard. Overall, it's probably fine for what she needs right now, but she says the chairs at school are way better. At the price point though, it's what you'd expect.

after waiting for more than a month for this order i am writing this review. i still did not receive this product and from last 1 month. it says the item has been shipped by fedex (one of the fastest delivery method across the globe) and its not delivered yet? what's going on here is really fishy and not trust-able at all.

I needed this for retinal surgery recovery, and was very happy with the finish and sturdiness of this massage chair. Well made, light to move around, easy to adjust. Delivery was fast, and it’s always a bonus to support a Canadian business!

The massage chair arrived with torn packing. There were no screwing nuts to assemble the product.

The chair is easy to use and set up. The padding and options for adjusting positions is also quite convenient. It is however, on the heavier side for a massage chair making it a little heavy to carry around with the carrying case. Overall, a good product for massage trade shows.
