There is little difference in length from the smallest to the largest. The smallest diameter is approx 1.5mm or 5/8" in length. The largest diameter is approx 2.2mm or 7/8" in length.

Q: Are these connectors UL rated for solid copper wire or just stranded wire?

These butt terminals can be used with both solid and stranded wires. UL rating is pending, we are expecting in get the UL approval in the upcoming months.

At the moment we offer only copper connectors.

Q: What is the best crimper tool for this heavy gauge connector?

Thank you for your question. The best tool is a crimper for non-insulated terminals. This tool is included in our 5pcs and 8 pcs crimping tool set (Die B). You might also want to have a look at our Crimping Tool for Quick Change Crimping Dies and choose the needed die from the catalog. This will work best for you if you don't need a set of tools and only interested in a crimper for non-insulated terminals.
