I really enjoy these pastries. I was getting tired of the same old protein bars, and this provides a low-carb breakfast or snack option that helps me not to feel deprived. The texture approximates a giant Fig Newton. They're very sweet! If you don't have much of a sweet tooth, these might taste way too sweet for you. My trainer likes that I'm getting the additional protein. The net carbs are just a tad on the high side for keto, so be sure to take that into consideration.

Delicious. Great way to get protein. Eight bars on sale was not the greatest deal but thankful and grateful to have enjoyed these. They are the perfect size to pop on a paper towel and throw in the microwave for 15 seconds. Not gritty, not too sweet - good amount of fiber and the packaging was durable and shipment was quick. If you find a subscribe and save coupon, I say go for it!

If you're used to eating [other super popular pastry product... you know the one], this can be a bit of a shock. The texture is different and it is way less sweet. But if you're already eating healthier and cut out excess sugar from your diet, this tastes great and the sweetness isn't offensive [like that other pastry product]. This is one of my favorite pre-bedtime snacks, because the protein and fiber help keep midnight hunger at bay. I used to heat them up in the microwave (18 seconds was perfect for me), but then I got used to eating them straight out of the wrapper. They're good either way. I say give it a shot if you want a treat that won't leave you feeling guilty. My favorite flavors are Strawberry or the Cinnamon one, but they're all good.

I absolutely love these!! The best flavor is cinnamon brown sugar, the others are good also. I love the vanilla donuts. Next I am trying the cinnamon rolls.

Did not taste as good as I thought it would. Be sure to try it microwaved it tastes a little better that way! Still a great treat but would probably buy other snacks or flavors.
