Review: I have been using this pumpkin creamer for a couple years now. I work with my clients on nutrition and this is one of those products that I love for myself and them. I like to use a 1/2 scoop and blend it in with a milk frother. It also blends well without the frother (when I’m traveling and don’t have one). I love this because it doesn’t spike my blood sugar (tested with a CGM for weeks) and it tastes delicious. I used to love October because Starbucks had their pumpkin coffee, but I have to say that I like this one so much better. I haven’t tried the other bulletproof flavors but love the pumpkin spice. It doesn’t have al the artificial sweetener taste either. With using half a scoop, I get 2 months of coffee. Pros: -no blood sugar spike -great taste -can make sweeter or less sweet by the amount used -blends well -pumpkin flavor year round Cons: cost, however i only use 1/2 scoop and it lasts me 2 months

I have been using this pumpkin creamer for a couple years now. I work with my clients on nutrition and this is one of those products that I love for myself and them.
